Choosing a training style you enjoy will help you maintain consistency. If you hate the gym, find another environment.

 

3. Complete a minimum of 2 weight training sessions per week.

Strength training is a great way to increase lean muscle mass, which increases your metabolic rate. Meaning you will burn more fat whilst at rest.

 

4. Limit your liquid calories. Liquid calories may taste delicious, but cutting these out can have a big effect on how your daily calories stack up.
